**Tour de France Brekkie Ride**
Just a reminder that our TDF brekkie ride is on tomorrow, 6.00am from Palate & Ply, we will then be watching the highlights from 7am of the shortest and possibly most attacking stage ever. I will be swinging by at 5.30 if anyone wants to do an extra 30 mins. See our earlier post for full details.

*Tour de France Brekkie Ride*
Palate and Ply are putting on a TDF Breakfast next Thursday and we will be doing a ride before hand to build up those appetites, all the details on the flier. This should be a flat out stage of "The Tour", and one which has never been ridden before.
The ride starts at 6.00 and is for all levels, if there are enough starters I can make a couple of groups so everyone is comfortable. If anyone is keen and wants to start at 5.30 I am happy to go then... and swing back for the 6.00am start, just let me know.
Gary is doing a nice breakfast and coffee deal and we will supply some lucky rider prizes. Come along and cheer for your favourite rider - team kits welcome (highlights run from 7.00 to 8.00am).

We like to promote cycling in the community so there is no charge to attend.
