Three million Australians are currently experiencing anxiety or depression. Every day, nearly eight people take their own lives. Beyond Blue is a charity to support Aussies to protect their mental health and to support those around them, making anxiety, depression and suicide part of everyday conversations.
... And as well as tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination, they are breaking down the barriers that prevent people from speaking up and reaching out.
Come along and support this charity by coming to our Week 8 Performances and bringing along a gold coin donation!
