Hatha Yoga studio opening in Queanbeyan 2017

As most of you know Bodhifit is a mother daughter duo, we have both practiced haha yoga for a number of years. After completing our teacher training course with the Samyama Yoga School & experiencing a year of transformation through our course, we have come together to create Bodhifit. A place where you can come along, switch off from the world & are able to work with your mind & body. Yoga is not just for the flexible, we encourage anyone to come & give it a go. Even if you have never practiced yoga or you have been practicing for years we welcome everyone. Our aim is to create a community where people uplift each other, share their stories, make friends & most importantly be in a happy & fun environment.
