Owned & operated by Liz Parker, Body Essentials offers; beauty, massage, corporate packages, mobile massage, pilates and yoga.

Liz studied at the Australian Institute of applied Science in Brisbane and has a Diploma in Massage & Beauty Therapy.

Body Essentials offer a wide range of services from beauty treatments, massage, corporate packages, mobile massage, yoga and pilates.

Liz has a Diploma in Massage and Beauty Therapy and has been in the industry for over 20 years. Working in Mobile Massage for Five star hotels in Brisbane, Liz then relocated to Sydney where she managed a luxury Day Spa. From there she opened her own Day Spa here in Newcastle and has worked for herself ever since.

Liz has specialised in giving beauty treatments and massage to high profile clients but treats everyone as her VIP client.

In addition to beauty and massage, Liz is also a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor and conducts classes at her own studio and around Newcastle.
