All physiotherapists are individually screened by the practice principal during the pre-employment process to ensure the highest quality of skill and undertake regular internal and external training to continue at the leading edge of conservative care.

This “hands-on” relief of muscle spasm and restoration of normal movement is supported by provision of specific exercises to achieve a great long term result. In short we ensure that the body has the physical capacity to work correctly then we reinforce this with a tailor-made exercise routine for each individual.

Bodyworks Physiotherapy has staff who have had experience treating elite, professional and Olympic-level athletes as well as staff who specialise in chronic pain (e. g. lower back pain, bursitis, sciatica, headaches, migraines and restless leg syndrome) and geriatric care.
