This gym is for people who are serious about fitness and bodywork. Everything about it makes you feel at home and makes you want to come regularly. Micheal takes personal care and devotes his time to impart the correct and appropriate training. The other staff are courteous and very helpful. Professional instructors ensure that the training does not cause harm. People of diverse ages come to the gym for improving overall fitness. The best gym to go to !!!

Go here and see Mark and if you're serious about your goals, with his guidance you will achieve them. The only way I can make sense of it is to assume the bloke must be a wizard or something.

Great gym. Michael and his staff are super helpful and friendly. There are members of all fitness levels and the place has a very community based feel about it compared to the 24/7 chain varieties of gyms. I enjoy the atmosphere and have broken a number of personal goals in 6 months. Totally recommend it.
