We as patients understand that your life must be hard as a doctor. But when your 'patients' leave feeling worse than when they arrived, maybe it's time to change your attitude. You lack empathy, are condescending, and extremely professional. It's obvious you're sour and bitter at work. Why did you choose to become a doctor?

Rude and Condescending Receptionists.
The two female receptionists were selectively rude to Asians. I was there as a new patient and their service was abrupt and appalling. Both ignored eye contact with me and I had to ask them that I need to fill a form as I am new. Both did their own thing and left me waiting with the form in hand. I then waited more than an hour to be seen and when I wanted to ask a quick question at the reception, she rudely brushed me off and said I have wait until she finished speaking with the other receptionist and in a loud and dismissive tone of voice too. That conversation took a long while and I never got to ask my question. She spoke a long time with another patient while other patients were waiting in queue talking about her ex partner. She works on Thursday late morning and is in her mid thirties. I can see they were very polite to the westerners. Such an attitude speaks a lot about their racial prejudice towards Asians and a unprofessional conduct which does not belong to the medical profession. They should not be in their jobs if they can’t be courteous to all patients.

Improved in every way possible. Now you can se Podiatrist, Cardiologist, Cancer skin check etc here on bulk bill.

I love this place because you can walk in and see a doc in less than 10 minutes. They have a few specialists as well and a chemist. If you like to be seen by a certain doctor, you can request for them at every visit. The only downside I think is that they don't get the scans results emailed to them by third parties. Not sure of the logistical and other reasons.

Today I waited for 40 minutes with my 88 yr old father to see a doctor to be told they were too busy to give me a copy of his medications and to bring him back another time . I was also told it was too busy to look up what medications he was on as I was worried about his condition. This is not the way old people should be cared for in Australian clinics? Sadly I have been informed several times before that they are too busy to deal with an 88 yr old pensioner and that I must bring him back. This is a huge effort for an old man and for me his daughter who also has to work. To all the good doctors in this clinic thank you but to a few absolute shame on you,

Always so quick to prescribe antibiotics like candy but for medication I actually need for my thyroid (for the last 6 years) they claim patient care is their top priority and can’t help.

Went to the practice today without any problems.. Monday staff were lovely, two older ladies and a younger lady.. Very Helpful, caring... Doctor was great, nurses were prompt in assisting my care.

Went to the practice, lovely young girl with blonde hair on reception. Pleasant to deal with, fantastic doctors! Would highly recommend, was given the time and appropriate care I needed!

Calling the reception staff "rude" is a gross understatement. Three were sat at the desk - two ignored me completely, chatting amongst themselves. The other was incredibly unhelpful and answered the phone while I was in the middle of asking a question. I was passed back and fourth between incompetent reception staff, before they finally told me I was unable to make an appointment without a physical Medicare card (even though I had the number and expiry date.) I asked if I was able to call Medicare to get verbal confirmation for them, which they refused.
I have honestly never left a bad review, but after my experience with the staff at this practice, I felt I had to. Do yourself a favour and visit the Bulk Billing centre a couple of blocks down. The women working the desk here are imbeciles. And again, that's a gross understatement.

Great place with bulk billing (no extra charges above Medicare cover) - great place to go when you have a common issues for a quick advise. No appointment needed. It is pretty fast, I usually wait 10-20min... They have also pathology on site

The doctors I've seen here are quite good, but the cranky old receptionist on Monday needs to go. Avoid her at all costs.

Very quick service. The Doctor did not waste any time, but I have no complaints. Maybe not ideal as your family doctor, but good for simple issues.

I'm not sure if it's the entirety of the eastern suburbs or just Bondi, but I've just had nothing but a horrible experience with the reception at every medical centre in the Bondi/bondi junction area. Would not recommended this centre, the people at the front can't seem to do a simple task. Zero stars.

I'm only giving them the three stars as I always get let in quick. The doctors on the other handna really rude and refuse to explain anything past three words.

I found the Clinic very Good!!! I've seen the same Doctor a couple of times. Very Good. The Nurses were very professional too!!
Just for one lady with red hair & wears glassess who was quite rude, the rest was Great!!!!

The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Some doctors could be a bit friendlier.
Don't get workers comp here because they want you to pay up front and its a lot.

I find this centre great except for the receptionist with the red hair and glasses, she is extremely rude and ignorant. I can't understand why she works there as she clearly wants to be somewhere else. I dread having to deal with her I go here regularly as part of my shared care with Dr Clarke, she is a friendly GP who really listens and helps.

As we come to the close of 2016, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this year. How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr. Mira Drakos as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the medical centre, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the centre itself. Dr. Drakos inspires the utmost confidence by her smile which is so wide that it seems apt to describe it as extending "from sea to shining sea" and by her wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Drakos and everyone at Bondi Junction Medical Centre!

I love this medical center. I go often for our family and have never had issues. I have found the reception staff to be professional given they are often busy getting the patients seen fairly quickly. It's a bulk billing clinic, so I'm just grateful I can get in there, with no appointment, and be seen by a doctor within a really reasonable wait time and not have to pay a cent.
