The doctors and staff here are absolutely awesome.

Dr Balafas here at 'Bondi Medical Centre' at the mall (or off Spring St.) and staff have proven to be efficient, caring, expresses empathy and spends quality professional time.

There's has not been a moment where I have felt that my well being has been mistreated or compromised.

This has become my go-to medical centre as every visit has been great. I was able to easily book appointments via their online message enquiry. Appointments were able to be made with short notice. I have seen their skin doctor who was absolutely great. I also recently saw one of their GPs who also was very pleasant to deal with. And everything was bulk billed! I used to go to the walk in medical centre around the corner but will never go back now! There was a short wait to see the doctor beyond my appointment time but nothing too bad! Definitely recommend

Charged me for a blood test although I got the results a month later via mail. It's irresponsible to give back such a late reply.

Did not have to wait long for my booked appointment however the doctor I saw had no time for me at all. I felt rushed and I feel like he did not listen to my issues. He was already writing a script before I had told him exactly what was going on. Wouldn't be surprised if he was receiving monetary incentives for prescribing +++ ventolin.

I have nothing but pleasant experiences (despite circumstances!) at Bondi Medical Centre. Dr. Balafas is lovely, I don't feel rushed and he even drew a diagram one time to explain something - no way that would happen back in England. I've also seen another doctor for a test and the skin check doctor as well, both were great - the latter was very upbeat!

The receptionists are always nice and friendly and I never have to wait long to book an appointment. Appointments are punctual and the waiting room nice and cosy. 100% recommend.
