Boomerang Creek Farm is a small acreage Demeter certified bio-dynamic farm producing a broad range of vegetables, herbs, fruits, eggs and bush foods that are available from farm gate through our Community Supported Agriculture program or at Byron, Bangalow and Lismore farmers markets.
Being Demeter certified means that we concentrate on building healthy soils through the use of bio-dynamic preparations, composting, green manuring and gentle tillage. This ensures that our plants have the best environment to grow to their maximum potential feeding from the soil and not relying on water soluble fertilisers. We are conscious of the moon and planets when planting and harvesting ensuring that the produce grown is of the highest quality.
