Had one of the worst experiences ever. This is a customer service related complaint. We arrived at Boon at 10am on a Sunday. The coffee and tea's came in a timely manner. We were then made to wait for 50mins after which I asked if our order was going to be ready anytime soon. The waitress said "yes, yes" and didn't return for the next ten minutes. When she did return she advised that the kitchen has run out of avocado and that she cant serve that anymore as its 11am. Angered by this I asked for the manger only to be kept waiting for another 10mins. Those who had come after us were ALL served and were even leaving. Failure for the manger to come up to our table I walked to the counter and told them we were leaving. The lady in the counter said because we had to wait she will minus the coffee from our bill and without consulting us decided we wanted the order takeaway. This was the last straw! This establishment needs to reconsider if it was returning customers. Such horrible customer service will not and shall not be tolerated by anyone.
