Since the changeover it's has definitely gone up in price and nothing is labelled correctly! I have been shopping here for over twenty years! Time for change!

Great friendly staff

Gareth was amazing, I found this bottle of palooza Pinot noir earlier in the night, when I returned to buy another bottle the shelf was empty but he was quick to my rescue and found another bottle for me. Very efficient service

I was the only one in their store just now and while checking out the wines I received a business call, which I took, talking softly. The sales girl turned the music right up so that I had to excuse myself on the phone and leave the store. I came back in to make my purchase only to be confronted at the checkout that I was "rude" for being on the phone.
What the?!
A small bottle store which is more expensive than the likes of Dan Murphys, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars would do well to understand the importance of local patronage and few basics of customer service.
It's enough to drive me to drive...elsewhere!

Good bottle shop with a variety of cheeses and friendly staff

Dishonest seller. Bought something for $5+ using paypass, seller charged $10 thinking that I was leaving. When I asked for receipt straight away he refunded $4. Disgusting!

Had a really bad customer service today. Wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend them to my friends.
