Welcome to Bounce Back 4 Life. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Psychotherapy, Counseling and Human Change. Whilst my academic background is obviously important, I strongly believe that it is my own personal journey that offers my clients the greatest value. I have a passion for working with both adults and adolescents who are going through tough times. I wanted to highlight one particular service I specialise in as it has a very high success rate. Sandplay therapy is a highly effective and fun way for you to explore the challenges you are facing. Using a combination of a special sand box, water and miniature figures and toys, adults, teens and children alike have the chance to communicate visually your deepest thoughts and feelings and bring meaning and understanding to an issue or pattern of behavior that is bothering you. This creative environment opens the door for exploring possible solutions and treatments in a fun and non-confrontational way. So whether you're a corporate professional facing extreme levels of stress, someone facing the rigors of a marriage break-up, have young children in the midst of a messy divorce or a teenager with anger, drug or alcohol addictions, you'll be surprised by what this exercise uncovers.
