Dr. Mervat is fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful in diagnosing cause of the issue and resolving it. She is my GP for the last 7 years. Would highly recommend her. She takes time to listen to the patient concerns and try her best to help without rushing.

I always feel looked after. The Doctors are genuinely warm and caring. They are very helpful and supportive!

The Doctors here are very attentive, and are easy to talk to. They actually listen and are enabling when it comes my understanding, as I ask lots of questions.
The waiting times have improved greatly over the last year, being able to make an appointment is important to me, and I've not waited more than 15min in my last few visits.
I would recommend this place to my mother, which says a lot.

Perfectly fine general practitioners (GP) doctors, most doctors are knowledgeable and helpful. Wait times vary so be sure to mention your arrival and if t goes above 30-40 minutes just remind them you're there.

I've been using this medical centre for a while now. Today I flew to Coffs Harbour and Virgin lost my baggage with my medication in it that I need daily. I called to ask for advice on what avenues I could take to get a temporary prescription. After explaining that I lost my bag the secretary said I'd have to come in and get another prescription. That's fine, but did you listen when I told you I flew to Coffs Harbour?

Dr Mervat has been my GP for 7 years. She's one of the most patient, thorough and delightful medical professionals I have seen. She cares about people. Janine, the receptionist is fantastic, sh'es been a great addition to the team. She keeps that front desk rolling like clockwork. Sometimes the office gets busy and a wait is required. I bring a book etc or go grab a coffee to sta occupied. Dr Mervat is so skilled & personally lovely that I am happy to wait for her. Michael is also a top notch medical professional. Don't be put off by a few people's poor review, I wouldn't be a loyal patient there if they weren't extremely skilled & lovely.

I have been attending Bourke Street Medical Centre for the last 5 years and have found them to be professional ,efficient and extremely polite. Dr Mervat Guirguis is one of the best Doctors I have ever had, she is helpful in every way. I give this medical centre a 5 star rating.

Chris Ashton's review is libel at the extreme, I have been seeing Doctor Michael for many years now and he NEVER discuses money issues or insists you see him for any amount of time, and i have had SEVERAL medical issues that he has helped me with, over the last 7 years, as I am now 58 years old, things do start to go wrong.................Chris your a liar and I would recommend Michael to anyone of my friends as a professional HONEST person with his patients interests at heart ONLY. Michael has referred me several times quickly and efficiently with NO mention of being a patient for 6 months at least and when I first went there I was in need of a referral after my diagnosis, thank you Michael. Making an appointment tomorrow.

Doctor Michael the owner is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. I won't disclose the details of my consultation today due to not wanting to disclose the particulars of my health. What I will say is that I explained my symptoms to him, which he ignored and then diagnosed me with something completely irrelevant and not even associated with my symptons!?! Realising my appointment with him was futile I requested a referral to a specialist which is covered by Medicare only to have him say "I wouldn't refer you unless you'd be seeing me for 6 months because there's not enough money in it for me".
I am seriously lost for words and can hardly believe what happened. I think my health is important and to hear a GP tell me to my face that there's no money in it for him only shows he has no duty of care to his patients.
I don't usually write reviews but this was appalling.

Disgrace. Showed up for my 9.50am appointment (they only open at 9am) after being sat there for 25 mins I asked the "receptionist" if I'm next..."oh there's three people ahead of you". How is it even possible to have three people ahead of me for my appointment 50 mins after they opened!? I walked out after suggesting they shouldn't be in business at all and would perhaps like to consider not wasting people's time. I wouldn't go back here if I was facing certain death, it's run by morons.
