Terrific execution of the Bourke Street tradition. Great coffee, sourdough, pastries, pies, muffins and cakes. Also must try the sausage rolls. ♥️👍👍👍

Yes, the bread, pastries and pies are very good. But when the $4 side salad contains insects each and every single time, even after repeatedly complaining to the manager and to the company via Twitter (still no response to my tweets to this date), it clearly means this company doesn’t care. I work nearby and have stopped going after seeing no improvement on this issue - I’d rather walk an extra 2 mn and head to Sonoma instead. I also ensure my work colleagues and friends are fully aware any salad product could contain extra, unwanted protein. Yuck!

Consistently good coffee. Destination for sausage rolls and must-have lemon tarts.

Love this place. Have been coming here for years, almost since inception. Fantastic pastry's, sourdough breads, sausage rolls and pies. The coffee is great too. Service always with a smile and it's never too busy for service. Only downside is it's with a busy industrial area and a main thoroughfare. Worth a visit of you're in the area. Another one opening in Balmain soon

The red wine, beef, mushroom pie is amazingly good. Pie is thin and crispy, food ingredient is fresh and high quality, final product is juicy....People are nice and friendly. Environment is clean and quiet inside with a touch of their own taste of music collections. Outside u have some parkings or can grab and go. I tired 3 kind of pies and 1 lamb roll, still think the red wine beef mushroom pie is best. Mocha is delicious and long black is good too.

Ok food; really could use some better ingredients such as avocado / salmon etc....coffee is great and a nice friendly / quiet atmosphere (on a weekday around 10am). I suggest the owner take some inspiration from Sunday in London - another lovely local restaurant but really amazing food.

Pretty much similar to the one in Surry Hills, but much less crowded. They have all the usual favourites like the Sausage rolls and ginger creme brulee. Definitely recommend it, and will be back!
