One of my favourite bakeries in Sydney especially the walnut & prune bread. A must have coffee & mixed berry muffin etc place sitting outdoors if you are in Surrey Hills.

The original and the best! Sydney gastronomic icon. Love this place our family go to bakery for our family for over a decade. Fantastic sourdough, dangerously delicious pastries, muffins and cakes. Also die for Lamb sausage rolls. Handy bicycle parking right outside. Great spot! 👍👍👍♥️

We always visit the Bourke Street Bakery when we visit Sydney. The breads and pastries are legendary and we love the pork and fennel sausage rolls (with house made tomato sauce). We think that the coffee is pretty good too. On this visit we bought a baguette to take away and it was as good as any we've had in France!

There's a long queue out the door for a reason! I go for the pork and fennel sausage roll and ginger brulee tart combo and it's a knockout. Two of my favourite things, and the coffee is good too.

Exceptional place to enjoy a coffee and a nice breakfast. Strongly recommend their croissants. Staff are extremely nice and friendly, I work nearby and pay them a visit almost everyday. Probably my favourite coffee place in Sydney!

Great little bakery with a wide range of lunch options. They are open almost always, very convenient when you want to get a good bread on Sunday. Their sausage rolls and brioche bread are delicious. Most of the sandwiches will make you come back. They are busy most of the time, but waiting is never long. The outside seating is swarmed by pigeons with no shame though. Be ready to fight them off.

Haven't been in a long time but went the other afternoon and the service was friendly and quick and the food and coffee was amazing as usual. Had a large coffee, toasted beef sandwich and a fennel and cherry loaf to take home. The bread was a bit on the burnt side but still great tasting bread. Will be back.

Delicious food. There was a line out the door but it moved quickly and the service was great. Lots of fun - very glad we stopped. I'll be dreaming of that tiny, perfect lemon curd tart for weeks...

Great food and coffee. Very busy but worth it if you're near by. Prepares to know what you want when ordering as it's otherwise somewhat rushed

Services is great and coffee is nice! Tiny little seating area so it is best to do take away. Pies are hits and misses, I've had a few soaggy ones but other varieties of bakeries are brilliant!

Extremely hospitable place，I spoke to the manager Hannah and she was able to take care of me and my girlfriend Amy today. I wish the very best for the staff and this bakery and highly recommend coming in for a visit!

We droped by with the family to pick up some great bread loaves, some pastries and vegetarian baked food for a New Year's home party, and had spur and cappuccino and lattes at table outside.

Only a short wait. When you get inside choose quickly so you don't make others wait, staff will bring your drinks out to your table.
