With an extensive track record and wealth of experience in property and fund management, the Bovem Fund is the latest addition to over 20 years experience in the industry with specialised fields in asset management and listed /unlisted property trusts. Northern Rd has created The Bovem Fund to provide investment management services focusing on growing long term relationships with our clients. Our primary focus will be on direct property investments, distressed development opportunities as well as mortgage backed loans secured by real property. Distressed Development Assets - Eligible developments providing two types of return to investors; growth and passive income and; capital gains from eligible developments providing a mix of income and franking credits to its investors2. Direct Australian Property - Specialising in direct properties with re-positioning opportunity. Refurbishment and upgrade opportunities providing capital growth through discounted purchase and long term passive income3.
