Great service, looked after the car and did an amazing job on the repairs. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great service for car check over and for repairs. Did take quite awhile to book in, but to be expected due to customer size and I am sure if my car had more critical damage it would have been looked at earlier.
Simple rear bumper replacement, great job and 100% happy.

Car was repaired well and returned ahead of time. All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed of progress of repairs

3 stars. Went through NRMA for my car to be fixed. Whilst it was quick to return to me, probably wouldn't go through them again as my car was evidently not checked before given to me (had dirty rags in my car and an airbag error code)
EDIT: 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO TO THE OTHER NRMA REPAIR IN WALLSEND.
After looking over my car, there was a dint left in the door, panels did not line up, paint was a mess and a wheel alignment was not performed. Mark the Manager was apathetic and has continued to ignore all of my emails. Gave me a rental car with literally no fuel in it. Thanks Bowers! What a joke.
