We are conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD in the St James Centre on Elizabeth Street, between King and Market Streets (opposite the Supreme Court of New South Wales).

Our emphasis is on providing clear, succinct advice and guidance in an environment which is safe and sensitive to the needs of our clients.

We understand that people do not want to be burdened with complex, technical explanations to their legal situation during times of stress and personal difficulty. We therefore aim to assist and communicate with our clients, and any other parties to negotiations, in practical, plain English terms.

We strive to provide personal, responsive support and representation which is sensitive to the ongoing needs of our clients and their family circumstances into the future. We do so in a cost effective manner which is solution-focused and, wherever possible, always geared towards settlement rather than litigation. We prefer to build bridges rather than walls.

Despite this, we also understand that certain disputes require the intervention of the courts and that our clients may need us to advocate on their behalf, including on an urgent basis. In those circumstances, we are available to represent our clients through the court process until a satisfactory resolution of their issues and disputes is determined by the courts.
