Very happy with overall experience, a special mention to Desmond the salesman who was more than helpful in every aspect, at no time did I find him to be pushy and persistent as some salesperson are, but more patient and empathetic to the buyers needs.

My car has been back at Brad Garlic Ford under warranty for the same issue warning engine light 6 times!!!! They just clear the code and charge Ford Australia for the repair, then the code comes up again a few days latter same scam again 6 times they did this then the car was out of warranty and I went troppo!!! They then fixed the issue a faulty sensor!! they could have changed the sensor the first time but they don't so you have to keep on coming back so they can charge Ford Australia for the repairs!!! Biggest scam artists for Ford...DON'T GET YOUR CAR FIXED UNDER WARRANTY HERE AS THEY WILL WAIT UNTIL YOUR WARRANTY IS OUT AND THEN FIX THE CAR!!!! Dishonest DEALER!!

OVERCHARGED. LIE. NEVER AGAIN. I took my car there to fix the bonnet lock. They rang up and quoted $380 parts + labor. I agreed. After the lock was fitted, the bill came $550. I told them I was quoted $380, they said the part itself is $300, it's no way that they quoted $380. Well on the tax invoice, it shows the part costs $110 which is correct (I checked on eBay). So they charged $400 to fit the lock, outrageous!!! I wish I could give negative star.

Had an issue with my driver's side window and asked if someone could take a look. Waited 5 mins to be told they were too busy to even have a look. Went to a mechanic down the road and fixed in 2 mins.

To be honest, I like to read up on reviews and past experiences when making any purchase. I was referred to Brad Garlick Ford by a friend of mine who purchased a Ranger.
I ended up purchasing a new Ranger myself on the first visit. I NEVER DO THIS! But it was just too easy and breezy!
I had a fantastic experience all round. Even got into my new car within the week.
Sales team were tough, but fair. They presented value when we couldn't quite agree on a price.
Furthermore Michael Ralles in Service was very friendly! Professional, yet relaxed. Would definitely recommend for future.

Had a very pleasant experience. I interacted with Raymond related to my car and he was extremely thorough and very helpful. I just wish that they had done a better cleaning job on the car. Would definitely recommend.

Really good service, both on my car and by the staff. I was met in the driveway and ushered into reception where I was offered raisen toast and coffee by Linda
Michael was very helpful in looking after my car and arranged for a lift back to work.... and a pick up back to the dealer in the afternoon.
They even organised a loan car as they needed my car overnight.
Nothing but praise. I they have come a long way over the last few years.

Would not recommend this place for used cars Ray has no clue what his doing and all seam like a lot of training is required for this team better going somewhere where they have an idea and can tell the truth from the start/stick with there story throughout the sale

Worst service experience ever had. I been ignored almost every time I have gone into this place. Not professional, not helpful and didn't have any idea what they were doing with services. My car got towed in and they ended up doing a scheduled service rather than even bothering to fix the cause of the breakdown. I know this is the case as it broke down the first day I got it back because they hadn't even looked at anything outside of their box ticking "fixed price" service.

Purchased 4 new vehicles from here in 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars. HC is a true champion. Thanks Mate

The worst service ever. Been there two time and two times massive failure! Takes forever, they return it dirty from inside ( oily finger prints all over my car, ) damaged interior, tha staff is not trained! And they are failing to perform somple tasks. Never ag agsin Garlic.
