Power is available inside and outside. Inside us we have a spiritual centre, at the core of our consciousness, pure radiant spiritual light. This is what we are. However it is now blocked by our attachments, the record of all our life experiences and many learned beliefs and perceptions. Outside us we ha...ve the sun of spirit, the source, invisible to our physical eyes but only one second away when we are able to quieten and focus our mind.
Meditation connects us to both sources of power – that’s why meditation is the way to access the real vitamins and the minerals that spirit craves. The vitamin of pure love and the minerals of truth and wisdom.

On this day in 2007, our much loved Dadi Prakashmaniji who was the administrative head of the Brahma Kumaris from 1969-2007, left this physical world. Her name Prakash-Mani meant "Jewel of Light" and she certainly illuminated the lives of all who met her. 🌟 <3 🌟

We say goodbye to our dearest Sister Shivani who has concluded her first national tour of Australia! Starting from 7th August to 23rd August, she has travelled through 6 states and touched the hearts and minds of over ten thousand souls. On the day of her departure, on board the Bongo Bus, we gave her nothing short of an Aussie send-off!
A very special thanks our supporting crew brothers from Mt. Abu: Prabhu and Prashant, who have been tirelessly filming... to make the events available on high quality recording, and also David Kilowsky for providing spellbinding soundscapes to each and every magical program we've had thus far.
We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing the Awakening: Sister Shivani Australian Tour with all of you on Facebook. Thank you for being a part of this wave of togetherness, enthusiasm and insight. A season to be dearly remembered.
