WE PROMISE:
1. To treat students and their families with dignity and respect at all times
2. To provide students with only fully qualified and caring teachers
3. To evaluate the coaching program each week to ensure that the needs of each student are being met
4. To provide a coaching assignment to support the coaching session each week
5. To provide a motivational program that points students towards achieving their true potential
6. To gently encourage students to take the risks associated with moving to a higher level of knowledge and skill
7. To help students to use the three P’s in the task of improving their performance: Persistence, Patience and Practice
8. To provide a written progress report that describes each student’s efforts and achievements at coaching and in the assignments
9. To listen to your ideas and concerns so that we may constantly improve what we do
