The personalised service that I received from sales ladies Clare and Jade was fantastic! The patience and expertise they displayed during my fitting was also a big plus (and much appreciated). These 2 ladies are real assets to BNT! Well done!

Amazing staff. I went in to get a replacement underwire for an old bra. They ended up enquring further and replaced the whole bra!! Bright happy helpful and more than competent.

Haven't received my online order. It has been 7 days since the due delivery date and my emails and Facebook messages are being ignored. I called the customer service number last week as the Star Track tracking service said it had been delivered but I hadn't received it. The woman I spoke to said she would sort it out but nothing happened. I then contacted Star Track and my order seemed to have been lost, and now every day I get told that it's on-board with delivery driver but it never comes. Which is especially frustrating because I need to be home to receive it according to Star Track, who have told me they won't leave my order unattended.



It's the responsibility of Bras n Things to chase up things like this. I'm wasting my own down time stressing about losing hundreds of dollars of money on sale items that I'm obviously not going to be able to get a chance to get by the time all of this is resolved.



Don't offer service if you can't deliver it.
