Green tea cakes was my favo but now any more since they used sour ( gone off )cream. The price has gone up too high. Ridiculous..

Went in there for eat Breakfast. Service at the counter was rough, Food was shocking, looked like it was cooked in a microwave.

Good Value for a big breakfast with a coffee.

Quality of bread is pretty good and the prices are reasonable.

The bread was pretty cold at the end of the day but expensive so godo

Overall good except one thing - The goods are in the sun in the afternoon and not refrigerated.

Service can be better.

The shop has a unique style, like a walk through vending machine.

Minus 1 star for dubiously unrefrigerated meat topping / filling buns. Baker's Delight does it too but it still seems wrong.

So much sugar. Not taste anything more. Price is too high.

Bread is good. I like the one with chocolate filling. The taro yam bread didn't quite fit to my taste tho.

They are having more shops in Sydney. I go there sometimes to get some bread for breakfast. It has a Japanese influence and my favourite is the "yam bun".

I would rate highly for many of their products and I have been very pleased with the variety but when it comes to one of their cakes well, I am not a fan of their sponge Gateau rainbow cake, tasteless, seriously there is not taste to this cake at all! very disappointed and I would not recommend.

They make the bread everyday, so you can buy the fresh every morning. The cakes are delicious as well.

The price is reasonable and the location is convenience.

Recently, they make the mooncake for the mid-autumn festival. Let's go and try.

Poor customer service.
Is it too hard these days to greet, smile and thank you????
They just talk to you when they say the total aka Money.
When I said thank you, they don't bother to say it back.
Truly all they can say is only about the money.

I had the worst customer service there this morning (17th June). Not only did the girl who served me not greet me or smile, she glared at me for no reason, told me the price in a most patronizing tone, then chucked the bread and change back at me. No words of "thank you". For a moment I thought I was someone begging for food rather than being a paid customer. I wish I had left without paying but I was too shocked. However I'm never going back there again. It doesn't cost extra to be well mannered not only to customers but to other human beings in general. What a shame.

Scam. Promotion posters all over the shop with no conditions and expiry date. We made the purchase and the staff said nothing, so we asked. She said sorry, no longer valid. Also poor attitude - We were only persons in the shop then and even so this staff did not ask us how we can be served when we stood at the counter for a minute. Too busy playing with her phone. Never going back.

Good place to grab a quick bite... Good selection and not pricey...

Great selection, clean store, and helpful staff. Only metres from Westfield and burwood station.
