A perfect storm is brewing and this gale force might just bowl you over! And because sometimes one just isn’t enough, we’ve gone all out to bring you an incredible Sunday session the likes of which Sydney truly deserves. The Standard Bowl seemed like the perfect place to let loose and unwind with some mates, free bowling and tasty tunes, to finish the weekend just right. The sound system has been bolstered, the venue refreshed, and the artists have been rolling out unparalle...led fire..
One of Sydney’s favourite acts, Ulterior Motive, have gone from strength to strength, and with the new EP they’ve shown why they’re so well loved. Presha, the Kiwi born and German residing Samurai chief, is never one to stand still, pushing the sound through every available channel. He has been a pillar of global drum and bass culture and continues to drive those around him to grow. Where would we be without our homegrown hero and Monarch Records exec, Struz? We couldn’t be happier for the launch of his Interlinked EP to be alongside these dons, so come celebrate his latest release and we’ll dance til the night.

Alright… That was utterly mental... But up next is The Upbeats Truth & Dysphemic Friday June 22!
From the tunes, to the visuals, to you beautiful people dancing, last night was pure vibes, and absolutely unforgettable. An excellent way to formally introduce our dear friends at Inceptive Concepts to Sydney, and pave the way for many more exciting projects. Big love goes to our production partners at Prouwl for delivering such a staggering array of immersive visuals, with the... help of a talented, Nick Thompson. As always, the Burdekin Hotel security and staff looked after us with utmost respect and love for all attendees. Can definitely say they had that void rig purring.
With a slew of Australian and New Zealand talent represented across the board, ANG LEON and Ncrypt expertly set the bar high, and the vibrations thick. A massive shout out to the animal Ewol who absolutely crushed his set, not to mention a few of his originals creeping into the mix of the ultimate badman Enei.. And what a performance that was! But, like the sweetest chaser, Sphere and Temple delivered a perfectly balanced, but brutal close to the night.
We couldn’t be happier with the entire ENEI/EWOL experience, but there's no rest for the wicked as we’re cast straight into the fire this Friday with the juggernaut NZ / AUS combo of... The Upbeats Truth & Dysphemic w/ Ncrypt This Friday June 22 10pm-4am Civic Underground.
