I Had the worst experience they classified themself as they are from the best but they can ripped you can off
I SUGGEST NOT TO GO THERE i called the reception to put appointment to ask few questions about my matter and if it's possible to send my matter by Email to have look first what' talking about but his secretary rejected and told me only bring the descision with you for the meeting I didnt go for the discion to discuss with him i went to ask about the matter few qestions and they charge for half n hour 195$ when I arrived they asked for passport to take photo before the meeting I told her in the reception i want to ask few questions the solicter ,I need half n hour she said tell him when you go inside .He asked me few qeustions in the end of the meeting was no relvent answers that really helped me just extendend for 1 hour cost me $460 and I didn't get any advise in my discion.
They only want to take the money not important the situation for the clients they only asked questions and go through points they know how to make business from people.

My advice: DON'T GO THERE! (They will rip you off and you will regret it)
I have contacted his office to ask just one question regarding my citizenship, his receptionist made me to make an appointment and she mentioned that there is a charge of $195 for the first half an hour. I said t “can I talk to somebody first please!? She replied “you have to make an appointment and come here in person" .I thought half an hour "it is much more than I need to ask a few questions" so I told her “ is it alright to send an email explaining my situation and attach the documents “she replied “yes”. She made an appointment with their principal Lawyer Brett Slater and I was happy because I thought he could be the person to talk to (I had no idea he could be the worst). I have sent an email that afternoon. We made an appointment for next Tuesday.
On Monday somebody (a guy) called me from their office to confirm the appointment .I mentioned that I have sent an email and if they have received it. he said “I don’t know about any email” “could you please check and make sure that he will read it before I get there tomorrow!?” I replied. he said” sure”.
So tomorrow I went there and arrived 5 minutes early. When I walked in Mr Slater was at the reception area,as soon as he saw me walking in he turned around and went to his office.
I was expecting to see that young lady at the reception but instead there was a middle age, very big(overweight) polite man in there. He asked me to fill in a form. He asked for my passport , I was surprised saying “I don’t have it with me”, He asked if I have a driver license ,I said “yes” he made a copy from my driver license which I later realised why! I asked him “why do you need my passport for?” and he replied “just to make sure if you are whoever you say you are” which was complete bullshit.I returned the completed form and he asked me to sit down. At 2:36(6 minutes after our appointment) Mr Slater came in and asked me to join him in the office.
he said” I realized you want to meet me for your citizenship”
“yes have you read my email!?” He replied “I am not aware of any email!!!”
I was shocked and should have left his office at once.
He noticed and said I will ask and print it out. he went out and came back 1 minute later(each minute there is $8).a few minutes later he left again and came back again with some paper which was my email and documents, I asked him to have a read and he just ignored me. I told him my story and he start to ask details about the incident I had which had nothing to do with my case and the reason I was there .I told him if this is even relevant, he went into the details that was completely irrelevant and none of his business. I realized and said look I am just here to ask you a few question!
He handed me a few papers including his rate which was $460 an hour and he mentioned it is 2:50 and 20 minutes past from our appointment. I said “we didn’t start at 2:30”.he pointed at a clock on his desk and said “yes according to this we did” he had me sign a paper which was obligating me to pay his fees. Now I realized why they asked for my ID.
I thought I don’t lose more money trying to argue with him over 5 minutes. So I let it go and start to ask question which I didn’t get any answers for any of them. His replies was like “we have to find out”, “I am not sure”, he was kind of wasting time instead of give me an answer. So the whole meeting was 45 minutes according to his clock which I paid $374 for nothing. He didn’t even bother to give me a rate on my case or even express his interest. So I found out that he might have read my email and he is happy with the money he already got.
So I left his office knowing I lost half day at work and almost $400 of my money to gain nothing. I wish I have read the other 3 google review before I go there!

Not at ALL a genuine lawyer. I met Brett Slater on 20th february and advised him the situation on my brother visa status. He asked me to deposit $1500 as an upfront payment and emailed me the visa application form to be signed by my brother. For personal reason my brother had to leave Australia and he didn't signed any paperwork and left on 28th february. I emailed and called Brett slater and advise him of his situation , he said thats fine and will refund the money and then for 4 weeks i kept calling to the office and they kept on delaying after 1 month i received a sum of $135.00 ONLY and was advised they researching and studying on my brother case ?????? Even when no paperwork was submitted?? . I felt ripped off by them, may be that is the reason why they took about 4 weeks to return the money so they can prove they been researching on my brothers case even though i told them a week later when i had my first meeting that my brother has gone and no service was required... I am applying for my brother visa again THANKFULLY i am going to PARISH IMMIGRATION as they are genuine !!!!
