Very disappointing. Dodgy as.
I enquired about a car that was a brand new trade in. The Sales staff were very passionate about the car being well loved and in ‘mint’ condition. I had to pay a deposit to secure the vehicle, organise and pay for a bank cheque to be written up and then drive an hour and a half to get to the dealership. Only to arrive and see a vehicle that was nothing like had been described.
The vehicle was apparently detailed but was still covered in scratches, the carpets and roof were filthy, there was rust inside and outside the vehicle, electrical tape holding the roof racks together and tears and scratches in the leather seats.
It was one of he worst second hand cars I have ever seen despite it being only 4 years old. When expressing my concern to the sales staff and questioning how they could possibly call this vehicle ‘well loved’ they explained that they had in fact not even seen the car until that morning and were just going on what they had been told by the sales manager.
The entire experience with Brian Hilton was an absolute waste of my time and I will not be back.

Bought a car and 1) they tried to up sell me every upgrade possible even explaining that my kids are messy hence why I should buy leather protection - guess what 3 years later the leather is still OK. 2 ) the rego should have been 6 months but was only 14 weeks - they did fix this but I should not have to check. Servicing with these guys is the worst - damaged the front passenger front once (required paint job) and the rear passenger next up - even though I told the wife to reject a car wash with these guys. Most of the benefits promised none arrived, all I got was my rebate on spending money with them. Returning to trade in they was RUDE beyond belief ... the car I bought was OK but everything afterwards is a big fat ZERO with these guys

Bait and Switch, I can't believe these guys are still doing it. The details online do not match the cars in stock. High spec online, low model onsite, just to get you into their yard. Ring first, ask lots of questions if you must deal with these guys.
