Service staff seem nice but the three times I have been to the spare parts counter in the last month I have been met with rude, disinterested, grumpy staff that look like they hate their job and the world they live in. For any parts now I will drive the extra 30 mins to Hornsby. Learn some customer interaction skills guys.

I purchase interstate and only to find out the Audi I purchased had safety issues. AND NO REPLIES OR HELP AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. Reporting to ACCC and Ombudsman.

I was told in a email saying "I have to ask questions to see if the car is in good condition" Stay away from Madison, very sneaky.

The salemans that served us was great (david) but there actual submitting documents was not... .we had to ring up after 5 days... to remind them to submit rego papers

Only after moving to Sydney did I realise how good their service department is! Perry & Luke in particular are very professional and helpful - nothing is too difficult for them! Despite moving to Sydney I continue to bring my vehicle here for it's services.
