Hitting up Snatch Grip Deficit Deads today 💀 This is actually my most hated exercise, but your know what they say, usually if you hate something, it’s because it’s your weakest area. @leaner.stronger had to listen to me whinging about it all morning but I got it done. ✅
... Snatch grip smashes your grip, which is my weakest spot in my Lift. I have little bitch hands so I find the snatch so challenging. I use straps though when going heavier so I can still get proper work and strength build up for my posterior chain.
We are also using a touch and go technique rather than setting up at the bottom. This is to not let the tension go in the movement as we breath in at the top. Different to setting up at the bottom which is for tightness and building strength.

💁🏼‍♀️ Do you guys like my new tights? .
So, I did this on an app to see what the hype was about where you can actually ‘reshape’ , yes, they call it reshape, your body. Like wtf?!
I have obviously over exaggerated the point here, as in my ass, but you can see how easy it is to adjust and make the ultimate ‘waist to hip’ ratio that people seem to be striving for.
... ❌ F@*k that ratio! If you’re strong and feel good about yourself why try and change something.
I had so much fun on this app changing around mine and Leigh’s face, making our skin super airbrushed, giving myself massive lips and Leigh bigger eyes. 👀 It was hilarious!!
So, I just wanted to leave this here as a message on how easy it is to ‘change your body shape’ and for someone behind a camera to look ‘perfect’. Like, I could be fooling a whole bunch of people right now into pretending I have a super tiny waist, but the reality is, I don’t. I have always had a muscly, athletic and strong body and I’m cool with that. You should be cool too 😎
