FACEBOOK HOUSE RULES

We respect everyone’s right to express their thoughts and opinions, and we encourage constructive dialogue among members of this group. However, if your contributions don’t comply with Facebook’s Terms or our House Rules, we may remove them. And if you repeatedly don’t adhere to these rules we may block you from posting to the Brickworks Building Products Facebook page.

While we do moderate this site, we hope to create a community with you that is built on respect, with a culture of self-moderation.

So we have just four basic rules:

1. Keep your posts nice. Don't include content, image or links to things that could be considered obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, overtly sexual, discriminatory, or hateful to another person or organisation — including us, our partners, our employees, competitors, and other people or organisations.

2. This is a spam free zone. So no repeat posts or unsolicited ads; no multiple or repetitive posts by a single user; and no repetitive posts copy-pasted or duplicated by single or multiple users.

3. Keep your posts and comments relevant to both the Brickworks Building Products page and the discussion you are having. Post only information that is factually accurate.

4. Please don’t post your own personal information or anyone else's personal information.

We welcome your feedback, both positive and negative, and will respond to your comments as quickly as we can.

While we support lively, open discussion, we reserve the right at our discretion to delete any comments that don’t comply with our rules or which we otherwise think are inappropriate and (if required) block users.

If you post a photo to Instagram and you tag the photo with #BrickworksBP or @BrickworksBP, then are you granting Brickworks Building Products Pty Ltd (ABN: 63 119 059 513) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce, your photo, including without limitation, in:

- any online media formats and through any social media channels, pages or accounts; and
- advertising and corporate promotional materials (whether in printed or electronic form), such as brochures, Brickworks Building Products company websites and in our email communications.

Brickworks Building Products does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in photos that are tagged with #BrickworksBP or @BrickworksBP.

You are able to revoke this licence at any time by contacting BrickworksBP in writing at marketing@brickworks.com. au and informing us that you no longer want us to use your photo.
