This was the 3rd store I went too and honestly the service was fantastic, I started with Sarah and she pulled dresses from my favourite designer pronovias and styles that I liked. She did also pull dresses of different styles and designers to show me.
I finally liked a dress but asked to change the skirt, Shirley and Elizabeth joined to make the suggestions on alterations of the skirt and adding sleeves.
The ladies are patient and extremely helpful in all aspects. The experience was so different from any other stores

Hey guys just wanted to help some people out there stumbled on a wedding dress on internet which lead me to this store,rang them up to confirm if they do stock the dress,which they confirmed yes, the lady said lets book an appointment as this prepares them to give you time one on one. Read some not good reviews on here, prayed that this would not happen to me lol Anyway got there a bit early i came in with my 3 year old and kinder surprise to keep her happy, usually when people see a kid in a dress shop they develop attitude in 0.01 seconds let alone one with choc. I started looking around the shop just to see if i like to try anything else on since i was there, they allowed me to have a look around i was greeted with a smile and then asked after a while if i needed help. I had one lady giving me full attention,she listened and was able to translate what i was wanting into a dress, i ended up getting the dress i saw on the internet she helped me make that decision as well not pushy at all. They were warm and welcoming and helpful,they have excellence in there attitude,service,presentation,manner. If you are like me you must visit them, i suggest make an appointment but i can not see this ladies missing anyone that comes in. Hope this helps you stressed gown chasers 😊 they have a range of gowns and prices,they also have a seamstress up the stairs so you can have everything done in one stop.

Amazing customer service and beautiful range of gowns!!! Originally I had asked someone else to make my wedding gown (Lena Kasparian), she botched my wedding dress, took all my money and blocked me from contacting her or going to her boutique!
With only 6 weeks into my wedding, I had lost all hope of finding a dress for my big day! I happened to find Bridal Secrets in parramatta, walked into the boutique on a busy Saturday without an appointment and was blown away with the customer service and the range stunning gowns.
When the lovely lady approached me,asked when my big day was.. I told her it was only 6 weeks away and about my situation about the other dressmaker.. She was ready to help me
Straight away by finding my dream gown! Although she had clients and was very busy, she did not hesitate to make time for me and make sure I find 'the one'!
I tried on the Susan gown by Marilyn Couture and fell in love with it right away!
The beautiful staff were so good and professional, took their time dressing me and make sure I knew it's the one before I purchased it. When I walked the isle on my wedding day, my husband saw me, had a tear in his eye and the first thing he whispered to me was "your other dress was botched for a reason"!
I can't recommend this boutique and the level of customer service enough! There's a dress for everyone, for every theme they wish to have on their big day! You will not be disappointed!

I came into this store a few months back now. I made an appointment and picked out some gowns I like to try on. The lady was quite dry and looked like she just wasn't bothered to be working but she did ask all the regular questions about my wedding and my fiancé. After hearing my fiancé was of Lebanese background she quickly and aggressively told me that the dresses I had picked out and style I was going for would definitely not be suited for a Lebanese wedding in fact her words to me were "there's an expectation of you that you are marrying a Lebanese man". I was quite shocked as she stopped helping me into the dress I had chose to pick up a sparkly ball gown dress and said how about this one. I was quite firm and said I'm sticking to something simple and lace I don't like sparkles or big and the woman was quite rude over the whole thing. I didn't end up trying any other dresses I had picked I was turned off her attitude and left in shock over how stereotypical this woman was. She doesn't know me or my fiancé, my dress should be my choice and I'm not marrying him for his culture and I don't think he's marrying me for the dress I was wearing. Don't shop here don't waste your time there are plenty of amazing sales men and woman out there that are very helpful and lovely elsewhere.

This was my first dress shopping experience. Firstly, the location and store is gorgeous. My consultant was Penny who was very friendly and professional. She listened to all my comments/feedback and was able to pull some beautiful gowns for me. Penny also had all the answers to my questions and wasn't pushy at all.
