An emotional day which was handled so well by staff member Marie, who listened, understood and was honest!! Lovely feel to the place. Overwhelming number of dresses, but staff are so helpful and know the stock that they find the right things for you. Definitely recommend Brides in Love.

I was so scared to go dress shopping, but Maris made is so easy. She let me browse at my own pace and made me feel at ease while she helped me try on dresses (most are a two man job!). I went to 3 other shops, but none made me feel as comfortable as Brides in Love. I love my dress and the ladies made it such a nice experience. Thank you!

I visited Brides in love on Saturday, I didn't have an appointment but unlike other stores in the area, the staff welcomed me despite being busy. I tried on many dresses and found my dream dress. Loved my experience at Brides in Love! The staff were so accommodating from the second I walked through the door. They have a huge range of amazing dresses! The lovely ladies helped me find my dream dress and at the perfect price!

Worst experience ever! Do not shop here for anything. Under unforeseen circumstances i needed to refund my deposit after only ordering after 48 hours. Which they said they would gladly provide. Then without contacting me i had to call and found out myself that their 'system' couldnt allow them. Working in retail and having extensive understandings of these 'systems' and eftpos machines. It is quite easy to do. Dishonest unprofessional staff. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

From walking out of a horrible experience in the bridal store next door, to walking into Brides in Love, you were all like angels!
