I went here looking for my dress last year (I'm not great at doing reviews quickly!) and the service was incredible. The lady helping us was called Erica, and she was amazing. So accommodating, so helpful, not pushy in the slightest. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had me pick out some options, then went round the store finding anything else I might like. She brought belts and sleeve caps over when I was considering them, and honestly discussed the pros and cons of all the options. It was the final stop in a long day for me and my bridal party, and we'd had some bad experiences earlier (Fashions by Farina - never go there), so it was a relief to find Erica. I didn't end up buying my dress here as I fell in love with a very small label that they don't stock, but I wanted to still give a great review because the whole experience was fun, friendly, and special - just like buying a wedding dress should be.

Highly recommended - beautiful dresses - professional and excellent staff. Although they have made a big mistake associating with dressense miranda which is not a patch on the city store in terms of stock or staff.

Such friendly and genuine service, i would 100% recommend! It was so refreshing to meet Stephanie and Sevi.They were so helpful and patient with me. I had no idea what i wanted but Sevi made it so easy and picked the perfect dress. Sevi is super professional and trustworthy, she never recommended any unnecessary additions. I've put my deposit down and cannot wait for my dress to come in!

I've been to the Clarence St store and also the Parramatta store and they were both fantastic!
The customer service is truly superior to any other bridal store I went to, huge range of dresses and quite reasonably priced. I was very impressed with my experience here.
Would definitely recommend checking out either the Clarence St store or the Parramatta store.

Stephanie the store manager is fantastic. She creates a relaxed environment and listens to what you want. It is great to keep an open mind when trying on dresses though, as she definitely surprised me with some dresses that I never thought I would like but absolutely loved on. Great range of choice and sizes and a professional and warm environment. I highly recommend Brides of Sydney Clarence Street.
