Bridge Point Precinct at 555 Fifteenth Avenue, Austral is a mixed development located on the FAST Corridor (Fifteenth Avenue Smart Transit). This includes a Social Hub (including a gymnasium, veterinary, café and child care centre), warehousing and light industrial and service station. The development will create 160 jobs – a great contribution to keeping it local! Precincts are separated and defined by forest walls, with greenery strategically placed throughout to establish placemaking and enhance the sustainable features of the development. The project is part of the Austral and Leppington North precinct, creating 13, 000 jobs and bringing 54, 300 people to the area (information as per planning NSW).
