Decent place to stay. Some of the facilities weren't working properly when I stayed but staff were friendly and helpful.

Not as clean as expected (toilet), but it was alright and it was quiet at night so I could have a good sleep.

the one staff member I spoke to, was very polite but his English was hard to understand. the room was very outdated, tub chairs were dirty, the bed was hard as a rock, the one teaspoon in room was sticky they had a toaster in room, but no plates or cutlery. when I said I wasn't happy with the room, he apologized, I asked about the lack of crockery and cutlery, he said they only suppy to family rooms????? but if asked they will give it to me. not good enough, I won't be staying there again/ I did get a complimentary orange juice not worth $135 per night

1 star is too much. No towel or, hand towels on arrival asked owners for some and they looked at me and said are you sure I repeated there were no towels they brought them and searched the room as if I was lying. Had flying animals in the room. Air conditioning very old and did not work very well bathroom facilities very old and average. Second night we stayed guess what no towels again. Plastic outdoor chairs and an outdoor table for dinning family room slept 4 but only 2 could sit to eat. Badly stained lounge and carpets. Will not be returning. Definitely over priced for this property. I have stayed in caravan parks that were much better and substantially cheaper. Not a Best Western hotel

Booked three family suites for a group of people. I had no trouble when book the room and check in. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool is not big but good enough for a swim in a hot day.
Everyone was satisfied and had a good sleep except air con was outdated and hence a bit noisy at night.
Location is good. Not far from local eatery and close to the lighthouse and Canton beach.
Because it was extremely hard to find accommodation during the holiday (especially for a big group) and it accommodated all of us comfortably, 5 star was rated.

The rooms are of average size. The decor was extremely dated and the bathroom could have done with a some maintenance. The queen sized bed was lumpy. The air conditioner was over 15 years old and very noisy. The TV was very small and you had to have the strength of the Hulk in order to change channels via the remote. Before ordering breakfast, I strongly urge guests to check out the kitchen where the food is prepared (very dirty). The highest rating I would give this establishment is a 2. There is no way this is a 3 star establishment given its current state.
