By working with me as your coach, we will use a direct approach which involves accountability on both sides of the relationship, commitment and open and honest communication. The first step involves an in dept insight from you and your business partners of your current business situation, then we agree on the results we're hoping to achieve, the strategies needed to do this and the frequency of our coaching sessions.
Every Quarter we will reassess progress and set goals. The coaching process will last for as long as you are seeing value. This could be three months or three years. I started working with my longest client 6 years ago and we still meet regularly every month on Skype.
