Our focus is to help individuals gain insight and understanding into their difficulties, to heal, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, understanding your unique circumstances, and customising a treatment plan based on your goals and preferences. We use a range of evidence based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
