Bright Sparks Child Development Centre

We are a privately owned child care centre located in Grafton. We focus on play-based learning and fostering child growth in a safe environment with support, care and education.

Bright Sparks Child Development Centre is passionate about delivering the highest quality of early childhood education and care. Our philosophy is that play and meaningful experiences contribute to the growth and development of children. Therefore our purpose and mission is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for children to play, learn and grow. We endeavour to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere where children, families' and staff feel a sense of belonging.

Our pre-school curriculum and programme is based on the children's interests and needs. The provisions made by educators highly support and encourage children in their play, learning experiences, growth and development.

The physical environment, both indoors and outdoors, plays a major role in the delivery of our program at Bright Sparks. Our indoor environment changes according to the current interests of the children. Our large outdoor environment has many areas for physical activity, nature discovery, group experiences and quiet play. There are trees, flower and vegie gardens, animals, trampoline, mud pit, sandpit and bike track.

Our Centre achieved a Meeting Quality Standards rating in our last Assessment and Rating Visit in October 2015.
