Went in for my first peices of gear today, nick helped me pick out some really nice gear on a budget. explained to me clearly about what each peice had to offer and answering all questions i had, fantastic service i can't recommend them enough.

I bought a bike from here a few years ago, the guys there were very professional and helpful, however their pricing for service is outrageous. $350 for a first service for a new bike with 1000km on it that they basically don't have to touch. Just got a price for a major service for my old Triumph, they want $1200 for a major service and Sportcycle on the other side of town quoted me $440 plus parts (another $300) for the exact same service and they are highly regarded so i will be taking my bike there.

Great shop with huge range of bikes, well displayed with good access. Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to chat and not push sales.
They have regular brand based test ride days and a good range of accessories.
Would drop in here more often if I wasn't 300ks away.

Huge wraps for Nick, Manager of the accessories and clothing department at Brisans!!. As a woman and first time purchaser of riding gear I cant praise Nick enough. I am in the process of getting geared up and ready to get my bike license. Nick spent at least an hour with me discussing options, trying helmets, jackets and gloves...not only for me but for my 9 yr old daughter as well. He was patient, kind and had super product knowlege. He has that showroom well laid out and neat as a pin. I walked in less than an hour before closing and at no point did i feel rushed or like I was being pushed out the door.

I had been to another dealership that day and pretty much got totally brushed off. The sales guy was dismissive of me, pointed at things and told me where to go and wasnt interested in even checking or ordering stock in. Nick is ordering at least half of my purchases spefically for me and even discussed hemet graphics and colour choices for me.....and gave me a craic-ing deal on it all as well. Brisan's get my money hands down the others can go suck a sav.

You're an absolute gem Nick, can't wait to come in and pick it all up on Saturday.!!!

Get a full major service same day turn around. Never seen it before! Very professional, thanks to the team for taking care of my beloved CBR, will be coming back!

Booked my BMW 1200 for a service, all seemed well, got the bike back shiny clean. A few days following the service I rode to Sydney, and when I went to start it up the battery had completely gone. Few hundred dollars for a new battery. I called them up and they didn't offer to help. Riding around Australia for 4 months with zero issues, then first decent ride after a service and the battery dies... coincidental? I think so. Instead of time spent cleaning the bike I suggest check more important things, perhaps like the battery. Friendly staff, nice place but I won't be returning.
