Staff was good. I went after hrs and a doctor, old man with glasses, bluntly asked me why i was there. I explained my situation, depression related, and was basically told to suck it up until i could see my normal doctor who is on holidays atm. I have never been spoken to so rudely. I was calm and nice and the reception i got from this horrible doctors was awful and i never want to go there again. Rang to put in a complaint and was told that that particular doctor has had many complaints made against him. I went for help, its a doctors duty to do such. Instead i left so furious and upset. Something needs to be done about this man. He should not be able to torture patients like that EVER. He is not stable enough to be in the position hes in. Cranky nasty man and a pathetic doctor.

This centre is fantastic. I have been going since 2008. Very well run. Rarely a problem.

The front desk staff are always so helpful and offer excellent customer service. Our doctor is fantastic.

We can't speak higher of the service we have received two of our children underwent painful procedures today. The medical staff dealing with them explained that the process would be painful. This builds trust and although it hurt my children now trust Dr Sait more than before.

I have been a patient of Dr Regnis who is now practising here now instead of his old practise at Hamilton. He is a Very understanding and helpful doctor and I have found the staff here to be quite helpful
