Mortgage Broker Training Services provide courses to get you started as a finance or mortgage broker in Australia. The main industry requirement to become a mortgage broker is a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance /Mortgage Lending - FNS40811 Previously FNS40804). Even experienced brokers are now required to have the Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (mortgage management) under MFAA guidelines , FBAA guidelines and to become accredited with lenders. ASIC will also also require this qualification for licencing.

The Certificate 4 in Mortgage and Finance lending enables you to become accredited with lenders and the industry associations - the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, MFAA and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia - FBAA. The Certificate IV will also meet the Federal licencing requirements as an educational standard.
