Bron Lea is a trauma therapist and life empowerment coach who helps women heal from and rewrite their story of past pain, so their children don’t have to relive it. Her methods are fast, safe, holistic and highly effective.

Through a series of life defining moments I've developed unique insights, gifts and knowledge that I'm dedicated to sharing with my fellow soul sisters as a Life Empowerment Practitioner.

Using The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP), and other modalities including intuitive energy work, mindset and meditation techniques, and the learnings from my own continuing journey of spiritual reflection with various guides and mentors, I teach women how to skyrocket your self confidence, rediscover your self worth and reignite your inner shine, so you can live your best, 'on purpose' life. . . Every. Single. Day!

It’s an honour and a privilege to watch my clients’ self esteem soar, as they gain new clarity into the internal obstacles holding them back from the most beautiful fulfilling relationships with their loved ones.

I watch their relationships become stronger and their sense of joy, freedom, adventure and zest for life return. I watch them clear up chronic pain patterns; take the next step in their careers; build their businesses and earn more money, and become vibrantly confident and empowered in living their best, on purpose life.

I have made a commitment and dedicate my professional life to helping other women re-awaken to the strength of who they are, gain clarity of purpose, breakthrough their internal blocks and expand their self confidence, whilst reigniting their own unique connection to that infinite source of abundance that flows within us all.

Empowered women who believe in themselves, make the conscious decision to take control of their lives, acknowledge the immense worth of their journey on this planet and commit to making their lives better, are the women who will change this world!

For myself, it took a litany of dramatic defining moments, including illness, injury, loss and heartbreak to finally learn to take control of my own life and listen to my own guiding light, instead of trusting everyone else.

After so many years of no one else believing in me, I finally decided the only thing that really mattered was my own self-belief and self-approval. I didn’t need anyone else’s. I just needed to remember how to love and respect myself again!

Since then, I’ve worked with many private clients, hosted workshops and spoken in front of countless people.
