I had the most amazing 1.5 hrs my therapist was so professional and caring , she looked after all my needs.Every treatment was completed with professionalism and care I cannot recommend highly enough and will be booking in again when I'm in Sydney .

Very disappointing customer service. I booked an appointment online for the same day and arrived on time for my appointment. The salon was locked, completely dark and shut down. There was a sign on the door that had no indication they would be returning. I waited around for 10 minutes before finally running to another salon to get a tan in before I had to catch my train. They refuse to offer a refund for my ''missed appointment', even though I was on time and did nothing wrong. Will not use this salon again. Although they said they tried calling, I had I putted my US number because my Aussie number was dead so I had no way of being contacted, although typically I'm used to appointments / salons being open during normal business hours so I was under the assumption they would not return. Apparently I was expected to wait around longer until someone showed up which seems a little ridiculous.
