From the guys that brought you "Canteen" at Bondi, together with chef John Mulligan, comes Bruce Leaves - the latest addition to the Alexandria food scene.

Bruce Leaves is at Sydney Corporate Park at 85 O'Riordan St. Alexandria (hidden in a lane-way behind the Trivett prestige car showrooms. . . In Digital Lane, next to Office Works).

As you would expect from its name sake, this hidden little gem of a salad bar packs a punch followed by a swift kick to your flavour jatzies.

On offer, an amazing chef- designed salad menu complimented by a seriously addictive Smoothie & Fresh Juice selection.

We have karate chopped pre-made salad bars - at Brucey’s our Salads are made and tossed to order on the spot, with produce sourced from the growers market that morning.
