Bubbles Carpet Cleaning

Called 3 times, no show,excuses every 30 minutes, finally turned up, youngsters on study visas no knowledge carpet cleaning. Hopeless supervisor, outdated machine not powerful, tax free income no receipts, keep away, waste of money and time

Absolutely mucked me around all day. Have me a booking in the afternoon then tried to change til the next day then when I said no they tell me they don't do my area.

I had this (kind of) "Carpet cleaning company doing carpet cleaning" over my place couple of months ago.

A two guys with an old secondhand machine came over my place and didn't spend not even one hour on cleaning my three bedroom apartment.

First of all they forbidden me to move the furniture around as according to them there is no carpet cleaning deeded under and behind the furniture. (LOL)

The carpet in my second room still smells like an old cocks.

And at the end of the one hour of "Carpet cleaning" when I was pointing out on the all marks still sitting on my carpet I was given the best advises ever:

"If this is not your apartment, why do you care?
"Those marks will never come off, so if you have an inspection just cover them up with something or paint them or you can cut the marks off the carpet."

If you ever considered booking this company PLEASE safe yourself $150

After having a bad experience in the past with other carpet cleaners, it's a difficult decision to know who to go with,I can honestly say I would recommend bubbles carpet cleaning to anyone, thank you again Bubbles cleaners great job.

NO STARS but this option is not available. Atrocious service: They stuffed me around all afternoon and then did not arrive at all to do the booked work.
The job had been booked for "after lunch". I texted at 1.30 on the day of the booking to confirm the time and Bob (the boss) texted 4pm. I asked whether this was 100% and he confirmed. I moved some heavy items so the cleaners he was going to send would be able to access the area that needed to be steam-cleaned. Half an hour before they were due to arrive, they rang, saying traffic was heavy and it would take 1-2 hours to get there. When I said okay, they said they would like to make it another day. I cancelled the job and booked with another company. Unless you have endless time to waste, don't book these guys.
