I ordered my product on the 22/12/2016, on the 20th of January the item was finally shipped. An authority to be left was provided on the product despite the request coming from me due an automatically ticked box in the check out (very deceptive). As of the 27th of January the goods have not been received and it has been noted the driver left these on the veranda. I have queried with the website and unfortunately they will not offer a refund or replacement & have advised that I should check with Star Track. I'm now without $700 worth of product I purchased and dealing with a website who won't take further responsibility. I would be sure to note to anyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM HERE!
