BUILDING ANGELS LIMITED is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission and aims to provide strength, stability and independence through housing for those experiencing hardship due to misadventure, domestic violence, illness, poverty, disability and climatic events. How a home works for its occupant, how it makes them feel and how they can interact with it, has an impact on their physical and mental health. We want to assist those less fortunate in ensuring their well-being is supported by their home. HOW WE HELP: We provide trade services and building services for modifications and repairs such as: - Plumbing and roof plumbing, e. g. : repairs to a leaking roof and cleaning gutters, - Electrical, e. g. : relocating outlets to better service the operation of medical equipment, - Carpentry, e. g. : replacement or installation of grab-rails or handrails, - general repairs accessibility ramps and balustrades, - widening doors ways for accessibility, - bathroom modifications, - widening driveways for accessibility.
