And the demolition has begun...
BuildSpace was excited to start this renovation/extension in Engadine this week. We cant wait to transform this small kitchen and living area into a new bright space the whole family can enjoy!

Just an update with regards to our recent Ensuite Bathroom we started....
We got all the sandstone rock excavated and set up some temporary drainage, before breaking through the bedroom wall. We have constructed the frame work and had all the electrical and plumbing roughed - which included having the chase the water lines into the brick walls. A new light weight compressed fibre cement floor is down and the walls have now been lined and the Aquachek ceiling has gone up...
It... wont be long before our client will be using this wonderful new space...

What an amazing transformation. Simple lines, textures and a contemporary colour palette... along with features like a stone top ledge in the shower, Rippled Subway tiles, matt black tapware, a Penny Round Mosaic tiled feature wall behind a custom made Wormy Chestnut vanity.
No need for a light on through the day anymore with the new Velux skylight sun drenching the room with natural light....

We had the pleasure of helping out an owner builder with completing his exposed Hardwood carport in Kareela. This aspect of his build was to complex for him tackle so as per his architectural plans, we built this 15 degree pitched carport roof. The owner has a love of Hardwood timber and decided he wanted the structure built from Solid Merbau. It's turned out amazing and we can't wait to see it finished when he has the roof tiled and the frame all oiled up.....

Our client has had numerous Builders and Bathroom companies turn up to quote on his idea of building an Ensuite bathroom off a bedroom under the house. No one got back to him with most companies saying its too hard. BuildSpace on the otherhand jumped at this opportunity to create this new space in such a challenging location.

This still remains one of our most favourite bathroom transformations to date. We love the colour palate, the different textured tiles and the custom vanity from Cooper Store are all what makes this bathroom special. The inclusion if a highlight window above the bath has allowed so much natural light in too...
