Bungendore Village Centre - Bvc

It is the Village Centre that most demonstrates Bungendore's unique character, heritage and heart. It is the community’s gathering place for everyone.

The Bungendore Village Centre is an upcoming development on the 19-21 Gibraltar Street Bungendore. Its objective is to provide business /office / retail / boutique shops space to the community. The building is going to be a 2 storey building with communal space on the ground floor and public toilets during operational hours. This facility will have Business / Professional offices with a telecommunication hub to address needs of all businesses on the second floor with Retail /boutique shops etc. on the ground floor. The design of the building is being created in consultation with the Palerang Council Heritage Architect to ensure the building sympathizes with the Bungendorian look and the material used will be articulated with what already exisits in Bungendore, eg, Solid Bricks, Timber etc.
