Bunnings Ashfield

It's near impossible to find staff there that are willing to help. When you do, they aren't much help anyway.
On multiple occasions I've gone there for a specific item that I was told is in stock over the phone only to go there and find out, it isn't actually in stock.

Asked if they could cut some blueboard for me this morning. They point blank refused. I told them I was willing to pay. They told me to by an angle grinder and do it myself. Took it to Bunnings at Lidcombe and they were more than happy to do it. Bunnings at Ashfield you have lost my business from now on.

Have had an awful experience ordering a kitchen through this store. Had a kitchen consultant come out to measure and put in our order. We paid the deposit and after not hearing about our delivery coming in, I called the store to find out our order had never been placed to begin with. Both the store and in-house design team blamed each other for the mistake. When our order finally arrived, we were told to expect one delivery. After arranging to have someone around for that delivery, we got the delivery and left the site - only to receive a call two hours later saying a second delivery was there and asking where we were. To top it all off, we've just discovered today that the delivery was incomplete. They didn't include one crucial cabinet, resulting in yet another delay as we had arranged to have our benchtop measured today. All up, I would estimate going through Bunnings has delayed our renovation by four weeks. It's a cheap kitchen but not worth the delay or stress this has caused.

The store was fantastic and so we're the staff. One staff member, Nathan, was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

The garden center staff at Bunnings Ashfield are absolutely hopeless! Never any help and always rude and disinterested in helping anyone. It's a real letdown as the inside staff in all other areas are always very help and knowledgeable.

Very nice place to do shopping .
People working there are very helpeful.
And also there is plenty of parking.
There is a coffee Shop there People can have a lunch. The nursery is absolutly beautiful and many many more

Staff at paint section good only one there his knowledge was inspired. But unfortunately the staff that was more experienced let him down. Maybe the other members in charge can fix this problem.

I'm a big fan of Bunnings. The Ashford store lives up to expectations with knowledgeable staff offering excellent service. Although some of the stocked items might not be the best you can get the range means you can usually get what you need. Returns are never a problem, plenty of parking, and when I dropped in tonight there was a live reptile display and a kids soccer game going on in the Cafe area. Thumbs up from me!

Bunnings provides great customer service. The hot dogs are great too for a fairly reasonable price. Easy to access items with helpful staff. Workers have distinctive outfits which makes it easier to look for them. Overall, I found exactly what I needed here for a great price.

Don't go here for plants or veges/herbs . Never a good selection and always look dead.
Other stuff is fine though !

Not a great layout comparable to other Bunnings. A lot of the staff whilst friendly for the most part aren't aware of their own policies or the products they stock in their own departments. It's best to ask to clarify a product with their system if they say they don't have it or ask to speak to a sales rep if you need help with warranties.

I went to buy some tools, I need to admit I didn't have enough assistance,m... so I bought the wrong ones, but later rey changed them without any problem :)

Would very much like to rate this store 5, but I would have to agree with some of the comments already made. I find the staff here are pleasant as a whole but you always get those whose attitude needs improving. I also find it hard at times to get assistance because there aren't enough staff in the store. Parking is hard to find when the store is busy. It's strange how Bunning's keep building new stores but don't renovate their older stores. This store definitely needs to be renovated.
