Service at the cafe was very slow. Had to wait ages then ignored in favour of another customer. Finally I was served then short changed ten dollars. Food was ok but wouldn't give them any return business .

Pretty good variety of hardware, but not the cheapest... still not overpriced.

Friendly and pretty well-informed staff who are generally only too ready to give useful advice.

The staff are always helpful at the big boys toy store. Always a pleasure to shop there

Nice coffee available in store and the caramel slice goes down very easily too. Good range of hardware and tools. Usually the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable which make those weekend warrior projects less daunting.

good on many items. difficult to locate some. supprised that the large store did not have self mount soap holder for bathroom or shower recess.

No one in nursery garden area to help. Often happens but the main mature horticulturist lady is always fantastic.

Rainy day but due to underground car park, didn't get wet. Usual good experience, including finding someone with specialist knowledge.

Was not clean..disorganised... just mediocre compared to other bunnings. Disappointed.

The girl on the Special Orders desk named Becca couldn't have been more competent. A credit to the company. I was very impressed.

Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and are proactive when they see you wandering the aisles.

I am partly disabled not being able to stand for long or walk far before needing to sit down for a short time.. There used to be a bench seat ideally placed in about the centre of the store behind the paint area. I spent a lot of time and money in the store because I could make one selection then have a rest and then head off in a different direction. The bench disappeared so I wrote to the manager pointing out the error of his ways. I did not get a reply or even a response. So my visits today are focussed on only what I need with no wandering around getting ideas. I know there are seats in the coffee shop and in the training area but they are both at extreme ends of the building. A bit of advice it's easier to keep a current customer than to win a new one. after after a refresh
